Like all Little Leagues, we are a 100% volunteer based organization and all parents are requested to volunteer some amount of their own time to help make the League successful. If you have indicated that you will be an adult volunteer during the season, please allow Eastlake Little League to thank you in advance for your volunteer time. The kids really benefit from your efforts! For the safety and security of our participants, all adult volunteers must complete and submit a Little League Volunteer Application Form, which is available through the Volunteer section of the registration process.
Numerous local companies recognize volunteer time through the donation of cash grants to non-profits in which their employees volunteer. This means that for each hour of your volunteer time, your employer may donate money to Eastlake Little League. If your company has a volunteer time matching program, we highly encourage you to take advantage of this program and volunteer your time and skills.
A core element of the ELL Safety Program is ensuring all volunteers with access to minors pass a criminal history and background check. For this reason, ELL requires all volunteers to register as a volunteer in our system, pass the criminal background check, and be approved as a volunteer prior to volunteering.
